Had so much trouble with another ATM at a different bank I opened a new account at ANZ (online) and then went into Traralgon ANZ to organise a PIN for my card. Very efficient and easy to do, friendly staff. Online app is also very easy to use. Of course like the Apple Pay. 17 February 2018 I've now closed my account at a different branch and now use ANZ, great Apple Pay and even their mobile app is far superior to the other bank I was with. Yes it takes a while to change all your payments and salary but worth the effort.
