Initially I met and spoke with Michael at Traralgon Automotive Group Hyundai. I couldnt fault his customer service, really a 10/10. Nothing was ever a problem and he happily replied to my many emails every time, and when I requested a call he always called at the time I had specified. He gave me a thorough demonstration of the car safety features and with all the mod cons and gadgets which was greatly appreciated. On pick up day the paperwork was all explained to me and I also appreciated that he said if there was any further questions I may have forgotten or if I needed help or any queries at all that I could call at any time. I actually really felt looked after!I also dealt with Claudio who was in charge of the finance. Again I could not fault the level of customer service. He also answered all my many emails and calls and phoned at the times I had asked due to my work. He was very friendly and nothing was ever a problem, he made the process smooth and stress free. All the paperwork was thorough. The dealership guys new I needed my car before August 27th and this was never an issue which for me was obviously great and I had it in plenty of time.I also spoke with Rainy (not sure how to spell this) on a couple of occasions when the other guys were with customers, he was also very courteous and more than happy to assist with anything and assured me with any questions I had. A pleasant experience. Thank you to Traralgon automotive group Hyundai.
