Good gym with everything you would want. 24/7, sauna, pool, classes and lots of equiptment.

Just drop for a casual visit. Variety of options with hammer strength and precor machine. functional training area with bar, dip ,pegboard, TrX, ropes to climb and battleropes.Airdyne , prowler , pool, infra red sauna..the list goes on. Could do with a GHD and glute abductor and I'll be one happy camper. It's like a mini worlds gym ( better than some worlds)
