Tried to do a $2000 order on tools. After hearing nothing for two weeks and multiple calls to the guys, was told theyve cut that brand away and go somewhere else.
The staff are very friendly and kind but I traveled many kms to get there and buy a viper welder in special price which was advertised on their website and they still had the tag with the price exposed ($299) when I asked for availability one of the staff members told me that I couldn't have it in that price anynany but it was almost twice as much. I was very excited but now I'm very disappointed. don't know if I'll go back again...
I live over 2hrs away. Buy all my tools from here cause i have to. They are hopeless i have issues they dont want to resolve just take money and send you on your way.This store i have spent so much money there and im not sure what for. 1 star only due to having to give at least 1 star. If you can go elsewhere.
