I found out I was pregnant at the medical centre before my appt, I told the doctor (not my usual doctor, as he had left the practice), she said "you're only pregnant...come back when your 9 weeks pregnant". I was totally disregarded. I knew I needed blood tests and other tests to be done but she didn't listen. I went to another medical clinic and got all the tests, ultrasounds I needed without asking. The second doctor I saw was actually surprised that nothing had been done by the previous doctor.The reception staff are lovely at Traralgon Medical Centre, but since my usual doctor had left (who was incredibly thorough) I won't be going back for a while.
Extremely happy with the service here. Staff are helpful and friendly. The doctors , although busy still take the time to listen. Appointments can at times run behind but that's because they are doing their job
