Bought a new bike from these guys, very easy to deal with and could not be happier with the bike and just the whole experience.

I was excited to be going to a new store for my birthday. After a 2hr ride I entered the store, on first look it was new clean and staff seemed friendly but then as I started looking at the womens clothing I was soon very disappointed. There was one thing in my size of XL of what little clothing there was to choose from. The lady/staff was quick to keep blaming xmas saying we got clean out. We'll that no excuse as other Harley Davidson dealerships have plenty of stock. This store has nothing exciting or new to entice me to return or to convince any other Harley rider to go. The management could gain alot from visiting Geelong Harley Davidson and Richardson's in Launceston Tasmania. It end up being a 4hrs round trip to get 1 t- shirt that only just fit but that was all I had to choose from.
Called in to check out the dealership for the first time. Small parking area out front taken up with display bikes, but plenty of on street parking in service road. Floor space well set up between bikes and apparel. Whilst looking for a discounted dealer tee, I had the pleasure to meet the friendly effervescent young lass in charge of apparel. A credit to her employer. The bike salesman was doing a great job dealing with some pretty intense enquires.
Me and my wife had just made the trip from Perth, I rang Traralgon Harley Davidson and they got me in the next day having everything there for the jobs I needed done, a new set of tires etc. while it was there I had a service done as well. The bike didn't miss a beat on the way back to Perth, The staff there were great and couldn't do enough for us, they dropped us down the street and picked us up when it was all finished, couldn't ask for better customer service, the wife brought a new jacket there was a loads of riding gear to choose from and the staff were very helpful, all I can say is that if we did live over there I wouldn't hesitate to take the bike there again, Great people, Great workmanship, get ya self-down to Traralgon Harley Davidson you won't be disappointed.
