One of the best pharmacy in Australia that I have ever been to. Friendly stuff always willing to help customers, tidy shelf with everything you can expect from a pharmacy, and best price on almost all the products. Furthermore, they open 24hours. If we need Panadol in midnight, they are the only people who can help us.

I was in tears and about to throw up in the middle of Chemist Warehouse when Sarah-Jane came to my rescue. She was empathetic, confidential and got me out the door quick smart with all the medication I needed. She even served me herself at the nearest register as she could see I needed to get home to rest ASAP. She was my life saver that day and I am truly grateful for her expertise (and her shoulder to cry on).
i submitted a script and was provided the generic version.I advised the assistant I did not request generic and was never asked.She showed me a note attached to my box of medicine which the pharmacist had filled out (their own internal questionnaire/instructions).It asked if the patient wanted generic, the pharmacist had taken it upon herself to circle yes; This is unethical practice. Although both brands have the same active ingredient, the quality of the fillers they use in the generic are of less quality. Fillers are used to help the body absorb the active ingredient. I want what my doctor prescribed me.I should not have to ask that they dispense the brand prescribed on the script. It should be automatically provided. If they want to flog their cheaper substitute they should ask the customer if they are happy to accept it. There should be no pressure from the pharmacist to choose one over another.
Was having a script filled for blood pressure tablets and was dispensed generic brand. I did not ask for generic, however the pharmacist circled generic. Had to wait for them to change to proper brand as per the script.You should be asked if you want generic and they should not assume I want a cheaper substitute as I do not want to mess around with medicine I require for my heart.
