Bordering on incompetence.I received an email and sms notification that my parcel was ready to be collected, so off I go into town some 15 kms away I arrived at 10am and was told, no we don't have it, it is at the tlgn south cpa. So I go back out there and, no they don't have it either (at 11.30 am). By there own website still showing as ready for collection at the Church st P.O. So I have a quick lunch and, go back to Tlgn and no they don't have it either, by now I am getting a little frustrated and hot under the collar. Maybe Star track have it, and, you should get it Wednesday, F****** what. 2 days to get 15 kms, I could walk backwards faster than that.
I registered a letter last Thursday and decided to check on its progress five days later. It hasn't even left the post office yet. I'm so sick of Australia Posts lack of commitment to its customers.
