Unfriendly staff members. Where cold shouldered not once but twice in the past week whilst shopping in here with my Mum. Second time around, we where in there for a total of 20 minutes. Not a word was spoken from either male or female staff member. 15minutes in another set of patrons walked in and where greeted by both staff members. We placed down the shoes we wanted to purchase and left.Disgraceful and disappointed. Will always support small business but not so if the approach is cold-mannered. Will be supporting Sportlands in the arcade from here onwards.
