They do not listen to what you want or need as an individual. Will not go back.

The girl that served me today was not very helpful. Went there to buy a new phone, but she quoted It more pricey than what I had seen else where. I told her it was too expensive, more than what I pay now for less data. She offered zero suggestions or alternatives, just sat there silently, maybe expecting me to change my mind? I went to Wolf around the corner and got it 30 dollars cheaper a month with a free $250 accessory pack. There is no reason why I couldn't have got that deal at the telstra store, but she didn't even try, seemed like she didn't want to be there and didn't want to help me at all. Will not be returning to that store as I obviously get looked after better anywhere else.
I find the staff there unwilling to help. Tried to get help relating to a bill. The staff member had no idea what the items on the account meant and instead of looking into the matter, just decided to make something up and said the bill had to be paid. On calling Telstra, it turned out the additional amount of $240 was a clerical error and was not meant to be paid. That staff member had no clue and didn't care
