Staff who we dealt with never been to Japan , put us in a red light district in broad daylight & almost lost my daughter. No research done, we were not near things she said we were near, our very first time overseas and we felt let down.
Theyre amazing. So on the ball and so lovely to chat to. My family changed their minds a million times about what flights to book and kept calling Nicole to change details while they researched and Nicole was more than happy to do more work and go above and beyond no matter how much nonsense they threw at her. Shes a legend!
