Excellent in store service. However, their online service is a joke, because they use Toll to deliver their parcels. Toll is the most incompetent delivery company around. Australia Post put them to shame. I'd suggest you buy in store to avoid the infuriating hassle of having to deal with Toll.
Hmmmm, I usually am very happy with the customer service at this place- not my last visit. The salesman was not interested in serving an older person who wasn't very tech savvy. I was interested in 3 items, but the assistant ( or not!) was in a hurry and disinterested. Now I wish I hadn't bought anything!
JB you've done it again. Would be nice if it were a slightly bigger store, complete with whitegoods, car audio, musical equipment. But hey. Can't really complain. At least we've got a JB now and don't have to travel 1.5hrs to the closest shop.

Staff are super helpful. Prices are always fantastic. Really fun/easy shopping. Getting busier now the holidays are coming up so make sure to come in early as possible to get served. They open at 9 Monday to Saturday.
