Large store, friendly staff. Better than what you'd expect from a regional store
Well had an electronic piece of equipment fault after 11 months and Office Works replaced the item straight away. They didn't send me away or muck me around. How good is that. Will be buying more there in the future.

Really large store with a great range of products to choose from. An abundance of staff readily available to assist and point you in the direction you need, that are rather lively and cheerful. The company as a whole are quite competitive with pricing, so don't be afraid to shop around and provide them with quotes to price match. I am a regular user of their laminating services, which are always fast and fantastic quality. Any bubbling or damages during the lamination process usually result in a discount at the check out. Great layout of the store and kept very clean and organised.
