Use to get really good burgers here. Last time not good at all. The patty was burnt and so was the egg , tasteless burger.

The customer service is atrocious. They will most likely either forget a single item in your order and try to cook it once they realise, forcing you to wait while the rest of your order goes cold, or they will forget your entire order. If you're going to this store, don't make an order over the phone. That seems to be the reason they have so much trouble. Also don't order calamari rings from them because they will give you onion rings instead. I'll give them 2 stars cause at least they can cook chips. Not well but they are cooked
I would give them more stars if it wasn't for the fact that I ordered some food to be delivered, it took about an hour, I think they delayed our delivery because it was near closing time and I think they delivered it on the way home.
I'll repeat my commendations which I just uttered in the Q n A section.OMFG! Those Burgers which I just bought were divine, and that Potato Cake was pretty damned close as well. In Traralgon and want Fish n Chips, Burgers etc. YOU MUST eat from here.
