Friendly staff, great rental department and really helped me find my rental property when I had quite tight time restraints
Great rentals at good prices. Great communication and I'm very impressed with the speed of service. During a routine inspection I made the property manager aware of a problem with my lights and dishwasher. They were fixed within the week, very happy tenant. I highly recommend Adison Real Estate and will gladly rent through them again.
Would like to give less than 1 rating if it could be possible. Worst customer service, infact no customer service at all by Mathew. It might be a good estate agency for tenants only, as they do alot of favour to tenants. do not want tenants to pay even the market rent which is going on into the area.From the purchaser and landlord point of view, i would recommend people to stay away from them. Especially Mathew has no courtesy at all. He even does not bother to shake hands. I have never come across any estate agent like Mathew. Worst experience. Have been very uncomfortable throughout the process untill settlement.
