Was looking at a rental property with this crowd just recently, and after specifically asking wether or not this property was for sale, we were told it was not, so we thought about the property and decided to rent it, only to get a letter in the mail from the real estate agent that a prospective buyer was coming round to look at the house the very next day after we had signed the lease and moved in!! Not impressed at all!! Thousands of dollars to move from lakes entrance to traralgon thinking we had a secure 12 month lease n we could be given 60 days notice tomorrow if the house sells, after specifically making sure that the house we were about to move into wasnt on the market and being told by not 1 but 2 of Stockdale n Legos agents that we had nothing to worry about...... THIS REAL ESTATE CANNOT BE TRUSTED
